  • The EMP Crossover combines flat and tube cutting into a single, versatile system that shares one laser head for maximum efficiency. Its fully enclosed structure prioritizes operator safety and contains smoke and debris to maintain a clean, efficient workspace. A built-in camera system gives operators real-time visibility into every cut, helping reduce material waste and eliminate blind spots that could lead to costly errors or accidents.
  • The EMP Crossover delivers seamless performance across both sheet and tube cutting. On the sheet side, it supports up to 6' x 20' full sheets with an integrated dual-platform exchange table that allows continuous cutting while operators load and unload, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency. On the tube side, it accommodates tube and channel up to 20 feet long and 9 inches in diameter. A large pneumatic chuck automatically centers the material, and its adjustable clamping force allows for precise handling of thin-wall tubing as small as 0.6 inches.
