You have 14 days to return an item from the date that you received it.
To be eligible for a return of your CO₂ laser, your item must include the original tool kit and accessories. The return label should be enclosed with your order, and indicate your reason for the return. Please use the original shipping carton and packing materials, if possible.

If you choose to cancel your order prior to the receipt of your machine, there will be a 10% cancellation fee on the entire invoiced amount. Please note that once an order has shipped from our subsidiary factory, it is no longer cancelable.
An inspection will occur upon receipt of your item to our facility. You will be notified of the status of your refund after the inspection has been completed.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be issued within 7-10 business days from the time the inspection is completed. Items must be in "like new" condition. Missing, damaged, or modified items will not be eligible for, or may be deducted from the refund.
There is a 25% restocking fee for all returned items. The 3% credit card fee and shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the restocking fee, credit card fee, and cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
